PACKAGING
All of our shipments are professionally packed maintaining highest standards to ensure utmost safety of your ordered shipment en route. Production and dispatch of packed products is done with CTPAT, SEDEX and BSCI compliant procedures in place.
World class standards are maintained in packaging of your shipments. Any breach in packaging standards are unheard of in dealings with XL International USA LLC. The Company does not take responsibility for any damage to packaging entailed during transportation.
SHIPPING
Shipping speeds are effective from the date we ship your order, not from the day you place your order. We process orders during our business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Next Day Air and 2-Day Air services typically ship the next business day after you place your order. Order arrival times vary based on time of year and your shipping choice. Your order will typically be processed in 1-2 days after packaging is complete by our shipping department, and then received within the days of your shipping service choice. UPS Ground service typically takes 1-5 business days to arrive. During January, August and December, processing and delivery time may take longer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We will provide a quoted international shipping price for shipping finished leather goods orders for any product line that you have ordered when it meets our MOQ and packaging terms.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. We do not pre-clear customs and are unable to pre-calculate or pre-determine customs, duties, or import fees beforehand.
2. All customs/VAT and import fees must be paid by the recipient if a fee is applied to the order by the importing country, and cannot be paid for in advance.
3. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs agency and/or postal service for details on estimated costs.
4. Orders held up and impounded by your country’s customs will not be refunded.
5. REFUND/RETURN/DAMAGE CLAIM POLICY
All orders placed with XL International USA LLC are subject to the company’s refund/return/damage claim policy. Replacement of products to buyers as claimed as damages are subject to investigation and discretion of XL International USA LLC team. Payment once made is non-refundable. The risk of loss of any products/order/shipment shall pass to Buyer. There are no returns or exchanges on final shipment after replacement.
